The upcoming “Angry Birds” animated movie based on the popular video game has finally got a cast that includes “Saturday Night Live’s” Jason Sudeikis, who will play Red, Bill Hader [“Skeleton Twins”] as Pig, Maya Rudolph [“Bridesmaids”] as Matilda, Danny McBride [“Eastbound and Down”] as Bomb, Peter Dinklage [“Game of Thrones”] as Mighty Eagle and Josh Gad [“Frozen”] as Chuck. Additionally, Keegan Michael-Key [“Key & Peele”], Kate McKinnon [“Saturday Night Live”] and Tony Hale [“Veep”] have unnamed roles.
“Angry Birds” is currently scheduled to be released on July 1, 2016.
